Juliana has produced & directed commercial projects that have won Emmy, Addy, and Telly Awards. She is also the Principal and Owner of @Large Films a national commercial production company based in Portland, Oregon. She is a commercial director for clients including Nintendo of America and Banfield Pet Hospital among others.

Portland Business Journal recently named Juliana Female Executive of the Year Small/Medium Company.  She also is a governor appointed board member for the Oregon Governor’s Office of Film & Television and was recently elected Chair of the Board.

Juliana is an outspoken advocate for gender equality, especially for women in creative leadership roles in the media industry. She is also an avid supporter of Girls, Inc.

Juliana believes that women mentoring women is one of the key factors in changing how women are perceived and promoted in the industry. And it follows, if there are more women in creative leadership roles in media, then we will finally see more consistent and positive portrayals of women and girls in films, television, music and advertising.
